A number of employees are registered Professional Engineers. Our “hands-on” experience includes employees with a wide range of experience up to over 40 years in construction of water and wastewater treatment plants. Key Positions

Project Manager

This position is a home office position that plans and administers the water and wastewater treatment projects. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience, and preferably a four-year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or Construction Management. A strong mechanical aptitude is a plus – as is expertise in purchasing, scheduling, computer skills and people development. Applicants should be self-starters with good communication skills who can readily handle several tasks.

Project Engineer

This position is a home office position that works under the support and direction of a Project Manager. Candidates should have a four-year degree in an engineering or technical field. Construction experience and a strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. Applicants should be self-starters with good communication skills who can readily handle several tasks and have a strong desire to work toward increasing responsibility and opportunity.

Estimator

This position is a home office position that prepares estimates for bids on water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects. Candidates should have a four-year degree in an engineering or technical field. Construction experience and a strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. Applicants should be self-starters with good communication skills who can readily handle several tasks and have a strong desire to work toward increasing responsibility and opportunity.

Field Superintendent

This position supervises the on-site construction of the water and wastewater treatment projects. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of hands-on construction experience. A strong organizational aptitude is a plus – as is expertise in safety and supervision. Applicants should be self-starters with good communication skills who can readily handle several tasks.

Equipment Operators

This position requires a licensed and/or qualified person to operate the following: long boom conventional crane; hydraulic crane; track excavators; rubber tired front end loaders; mini backhoes; bobcat loaders; off road dump truck (20+ yards); and small to large bull dozers. Candidates should have a minimum of two years experience in equipment operation, have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, the ability to follow instructions and be up to date on all safety standards and regulations.

Construction Foreman

This position supervises a team of construction laborers in a construction specialty such as carpentry or mechanical installation. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of hands-on construction experience. A strong organizational aptitude is a plus – as is expertise in safety and supervision. Applicants should be self-starters with good communication skills who can readily handle several tasks.

Construction Laborer

This position performs construction work in specialized areas such as carpentry, mechanical installation or in general areas. Candidates should have a desire to work in construction. Applicants should have a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions.
