Description: The project will expand the existing 4.5 MGD plant to 6.0 MGD and upgrade the plant for Limit of Technology (“Lot”) nutrient removal.  The project includes new BNR tanks, new process air blowers, new secondary clarifiers, new denitrification filters, new ultraviolet disinfection facilities, new diurnal and wet weather flow equalization facilities, new gravity belt thickening facilities, upgrade of alum storage and feed facilities, and new methanol or alternative carbon source storage and feed facilities.
